    Date: November 6, 2018
    Time: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EST

    Event Description:
The Newmarket Chamber underwent a strategic review and re-focus of their Chamber using the book Race for Relevance 5 Radical Changes for Associations (Harrison Coerver, Mary Byeers) as their blueprint for moving forward.
Tracy Walter will re-count how they used the tools and insights to take action and build a strategy to ensure continued relevance in today’s marketplace.
Tracy will share how the resources and templates enabled the Chamber to come to quick consensus on the key priorities, additions, enhancements and upgrades required for technology planning and the level of risk tolerance, spend and  speed of scale to take action and develop a strategy.  The Newmarket Chamber is still working through the framework of the Technology Strategy that they built using the tools outlined in the book but the webinar helps to outline the components and dialogue to develop a framework for bridging technology. As a progressive medium sized Chamber, Newmarket's President & CEO will review identifying key gaps and opportunities, planning the strategy, quick wins and longer term plans and outcomes.

Speaker: Tracy Walter, President & CEO, Newmarket Chamber of Commerce
