Chamber Accreditation

Accreditation is the highest national standard of Chamber excellence in leadership, governance and operations. It demonstrates to your community, members, and Board of Directors that your Chamber has dependable governance policies and procedures and has built resilient core operations that align with hundreds of Chambers of Commerce and Boards of Trade across Canada.

Accreditation is valid for 5 years. Applications submitted throughout 2025 will be Accredited for 2026-2031.

Application Deadlines For 2025:

Round 1 deadline: Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 

Round 2 deadline: Wednesday, August 6th, 2025

Accreditation will be awarded during the national conference in Mississauga, Ontario in October 2025.

#CCEC25 in Mississauga, ON

Join us in Mississauga, ON for #CCEC25 - the national professional development conference for Chamber professionals!

The conference begins with a networking breakfast at 8:00am on Tuesday, October 7th, and ends at 11:30am on Wednesday, October 8. Plan to arrive early - we're hosting a Dine Around Mississauga event from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, October 6.

Our event will be immediately followed by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce's AGM & Convention.

Accredited Chamber Executive

The Accredited Chamber Executive (ACE) designation conveys experience, knowledge and accomplishment as a Chamber professional, and demonstrates a commitment to professional development.

To achieve the ACE designation, you must meet the general eligibility criteria, and submit an application outlining your professional achievements over the last 3 years.

Your years of service employed as a Chamber professional and level of participation in professional development activities will determine which level of accomplishment you’re eligible to receive:

Successful applicants will be honored during the national conference in Mississauga, Ontario in October 2025.
