Think Tank 30

Think Tank 30 is a focused, half-hour power session where local Chamber leaders come together to solve real problems and seize new opportunities through guided discussion.

Each Think Tank 30 will dive deep into one key issue or opportunity that matters to Chambers right now. Just 30 minutes to hammer out practical ideas you can take and apply.

How it works:

  • The session runs for 30 minutes, led by Stephen or a special guest.
  • One topic is chosen in advance to keep discussion tight and solutions-focused.
  • Everyone contributes, and the goal is to leave with 2–3 actionable takeaways.

How we’ll pick topics:

A week or so before each session, we’ll open submissions so you can share the challenges or opportunities your Chamber is facing. This can even be something you worked on before but want to workshop it with the group to see if we can make it even better! We’ll put those ideas to a quick vote, and the top choice becomes our focus for that month.

Ground rules:

  • Keep it concise—share ideas, not speeches.
  • Build on each other’s thoughts.
  • Stay solution-oriented.
  • Be ready to share one action you’ll try after the call.

The discussions will be facilitated by Stephen Chychota, Chamber Relations Coordinator with the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce.

No RSVP required. Just hop on the call. Check your email for the meeting links or email Stephen: schychota@mbchamber.mb.ca
