Cheri Petterson is the Technical Training Manager at GrowthZone. Cheri has over 20 years of technical writing and training experience, with a focus on providing programs for better implementation of software solutions. With GrowthZone, Cheri has developed curriculum to help Chambers of Commerce acquire members, retain and engage members and do more with less time. Having served on the board of Chambers of Commerce, in both Minnesota and Illinois, she has a great understanding of chamber needs, and brings this experience to her training.

Tracy began her career in tourism – joining a small 5 person tour operator that grew into a leading International company with hundreds of employees. In 2000, Tracy joined Navicom Inc., as a Business Consultant, enabling organizations to uncover the market dynamics, benefits and high yield initiatives to drive success and competitive differentiation.She joined the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce in 2012 with a mandate to drive membership, increase revenue, and raise the profile of the Chamber and became President & CEO in May of 2018.
