We all have those business leaders or companies that send their check annually but rarely utilize the chamber in any other way. These are the members that are most concerning and can impact retention and value. In this webinar we discuss what engagement means to different member segments and define what increased engagement looks like and how we measure it. Focusing on increasing and measuring engagement beyond event attendance. Defining and understanding what is the member’s expectation and what is the Chamber’s expectation.
Shari Pash is an active conference presenter for many associations including Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) and Institute for Organization Management (IOM), and presented at the 2016 CCEC conference in Regina.
Prior to starting Strategic Solutions for Growth in 2010, Shari built her career at Michigan State University, the Kellogg Center, managing and working with the Association market for over 20 years. Success in revenue generation, new market identification, and business development earned her industry awards of excellence. Following her career with MSU, she was appointed Vice President of Sales for the Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau.
