CCEC Webinar: Productivity Ninja 101
What to expect: Join us for tips on how to de-stress your work and align your best energy with your most meaningful tasks, with emphasis on inbox/email management.
We’re often overwhelmed by the volume of information and the many distractions we face at work. It’s no longer enough to just focus on time management: we need time to think about how we manage our attention, focus, and energy.
This workshop is built around the fun and engaging theme of the characteristics of a Productivity Ninja such as ruthlessness, weapon savvy and zen-like calm. We’ll explore brain science and best practices to help with your workflow, email, and the art of recovering from constant interruptions. With the application of a few key tips, you can realize time savings of 6 – 30 minutes per day, reduce stress levels, and experience the benefits of playful productive momentum.
