Speaker: Deneen Everett, Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce & CCEC President
Deneen Everett joined the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce as Executive Director in January 2014, following 1.5 years with the Peace River & District Chamber of Commerce. The Yellowknife Chamber has grown from 200 members in 2014 to 393 at the end of 2018.

She is very engaged with the Chamber network, serving as President of CCEC, Yellowknife's representative on the NWT Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce's Territorial Policy Committee and Chair of the Northern Caucus.  Deneen was the recipient of the CCEC Executive of the Year Award (Chambers under 500 members) in 2017 and became an Accredited Chamber Executive (Level 2) in 2018. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University, a Bachelor of Science from Mount Saint Vincent University and is a licensed event and wedding planning professional.  She lives in Yellowknife, NT with her fiancé Matt and their cat, Zora
