    4. Wednesday, November 24, 12:00 ET:  How To Launch A Successful Advocacy Campaign With Limited Resources - Deneen Everett, Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce
    A practical, step-by-step process you can follow to develop and implement successful advocacy campaigns in your community.  Targeted to chambers with limited policy / advocacy experience or anyone looking for a refresher, participants will leave the presentation with templates, policy examples and defined processes that will allow them to begin policy development immediately.
